Having technical problems at check out?

Most issues that prohibit you from finishing your order at checkout have to do with making sure your web browser is up to date.

One possible fix for the problem would be to clear the cache and cookies on your web browser.

If you are using Firefox click HERE for steps to clear the cache and click HERE for deleting cookies.

If you are using Internet Explorer click HERE for steps to clear the cache and delete cookies.

How do I update my web browser? I use Internet Explorer.

One way to update is to download the newest version HERE: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/download-ie

In addition, you can also try following these steps to keep your web browser up to date automatically:

1 Open the desktop, and then click the Internet Explorer icon on the taskbar.
2 Click the Tools button (or click Help in the menu bar), and then click About Internet Explorer.
3 Select the Install new versions automatically check box, and then click OK.
