Our goal is to make all of our customers happy with the product that we supply them. If a product is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will replace it with the same item or another title from our catalog. We can provide the replacement as a digital download which you will get quickly, or we can put a replacement disc in an upcoming order that you may have - we cannot send you a replacement disc on its own that is not part of an upcoming order.  Alternatively we can give you a gift certificate code to be used on your next order or just refund your defective item. No shipping costs will be refunded, just the price of the disc.
