DVD 5350 METROPOLITAN

Dumb story, but lots of WONDERFUL Tibbett singing....the Prologue, Toreador Song, Largo al Factotum.......The Road to Mandolay.... But my all time favorite is De Glory Road. I don't think any other baritone could do it. He acts it fantastically and well as the singing. No other music gives me such vivid visuals as Tibbett doing this song. Young people today would probably find it politically incorrect.......a white man singing a Negro song..
