i guess its romani,s fault- he made such a hash of lucrezia,s character that fleming was somewhat uneasy and did not give of her best. the uniset was gloomy and the costumes straight out of star wars.orsini managed to be consistently irritating.

Excellent performance let down by poor sound which is at quite a low level, in Mono only and has an automatic level added . It all comes out at the same level. it is most noticable when there is a sudden loud part and the level immediately drops. It denies the singing of any real tension or expression. I wish people would stop using this device. Whatever happened to 21st century technology?
