Theatro São Pedro hosts the show Grão da Voz with Bruno de Sá on October 13, an unprecedented production that explores the physicality and emotion of singing. Created and scenically directed by Ligiana Costa, with musical direction by André Dos Santos, the show presents a collage of Arias, Lieders and songs from five centuries, sung in five languages.
In addition to the incredible sopranist Bruno de Sá, the presentation has the orchestra and Youth Orchestra of Theatro São Pedro and the Opera Academy, in a show to be remembered!
In the program, you will hear Casta diva , by Vincenzo Bellini ( Norma ), Martelo and Bachianas Brasileiras Nº 5 , by Heitor Villa-Lobos, Siam navi all’onde algenti , by Antonio Vivaldi, Die Nachtigall , by Alban Berg with text by Theodor Storm, and Just , by David Lang, among others.
