SECTION I (30 min) Anna Kuzmina, "Dreams and not dreams" Mono-opera based on poems by Marina Tsvetaeva for soprano, choir and symphony orchestra. The action takes place at night, some numbers are reality, some are dreams. Through thoughts of loneliness and nightmares, the heroine eventually comes to the light. Performers: Polina Shabunina, soprano Vocal ensemble ARIELLE, art. hands Elmira Dadasheva Break 15 min SECTION II (60 min) Tatyana Chudova, “Von Meck - Tchaikovsky” Theatrical premiere of a one-act epistolary opera based on letters from the composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and the famous philanthropist Nadezhda Filaretovna von Meck for 4 soloists and a symphony orchestra. The opera reveals the personalities of the characters not only through letters to each other, but also tells what the composer and the philanthropist really thought during the moments of correspondence, which we learn about from their diaries. Thus, each character has two voices - internal and external. Composer Tatyana Chudova solved this by using two performers for each character: Von Meck's Letters is performed by a soprano, and her inner voice is a mezzo-soprano. And Tchaikovsky is performed by tenor and bass. Performers: Yulia Petrachuk, soprano (Von Meck I) Alexandra Kovalevich, mezzo-soprano (Von Meck II) Sergey Ababkin, tenor (Tchaikovsky I) Denis Sedov, bass (Tchaikovsky II) LYRICA CLASSIC Orchestra Conductor ARIF DADASHEV Musical Director - KARINA POGOSBEKOVA Executive and Music Producer - YULIA PETRACHUK Director ELIZAVETA KORNEEVA Set Designer EKATERINA AGENIY
