...and I'm holding on to it! The performances are marvelous! The Mimi-Rudolfo meeting is a treasure and one that easily surpasses nearly all available performances. Di Stefano's "Che Gelida.."incredibly beautiful and reminds us what we lost when he went down the :heroic" path.Albanese,Warren Are even better thab usual.{Did LW ever sing Marcello on stage?}Munsel is a bit too strident in her aria, but redeems herself in the later excepts. The conductors are solid and so is the sound. Now get your own copy.
